The Junior Graphic Designer will support the design team in creating eye-catching, brand-aligned visuals that communicate the agency's message effectively. Working closely with marketing and sales teams, the designer will produce assets that enhance the agency’s marketing campaigns, website, social media, and print materials. Design Development: Assist in the creation of graphics for various platforms, including brochures, social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, and advertisements. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the agency’s brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all materials. Photo Editing and Manipulation: Edit and enhance photos of destinations and travel packages to ensure they are high-quality and appealing. Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to understand the visual needs for campaigns and produce graphics that align with campaign goals. Feedback and Revision: Incorporate feedback from senior designers, team leads, and stakeholders, making revisions as necessary to meet project requirements. Research and Inspiration: Stay up-to-date with design trends, particularly in travel and tourism, and apply new ideas to create fresh and modern visuals.
Education: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Experience: Some experience in graphic design (internships, freelance, or previous junior positions are a plus). Software Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with Canva or similar tools. Creativity and Attention to Detail: Strong visual sense and attention to detail, with a passion for producing high-quality, engaging designs. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Communication: Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively within a team and understand project briefs. Additional Skills (Optional but beneficial): Basic knowledge of video editing or animation. Familiarity with social media platforms and trends. An interest in travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations.
