Handle inquiries and resolve any issues clients may have before, during, and after their trips. Maintain relationships with travel suppliers to secure competitive rates and exclusive offers. Stay updated on travel trends, packages, and industry developments to enhance service offerings. Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Requirements: Qualification: Any degree. Experience: 0-1 years in the travel industry preferred; freshers are welcome to apply. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Malayalam and English is essential. Skills: Strong communication skills, politeness, and a customer-oriented attitude.
