Job Description:

Position Summary: As a Waiter, you will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for guests by providing attentive and friendly service. This position requires you to work closely with the kitchen and bar teams, ensuring that all orders are accurately taken and promptly delivered, and that the dining area is welcoming and well-maintained. Ideal candidates are personable, detail-oriented, and dedicated to upholding high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests warmly, presenting menus and offering detailed knowledge of the menu. Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, checking in on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, setting up tables and clearing them efficiently. Assist guests with inquiries about menu items, ingredients, and dietary preferences. Address guest feedback or complaints with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues as needed. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and clean dining environment. Assist with additional tasks as needed, such as inventory, setting up the dining area, or preparing for events.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role in a restaurant, café, or hotel. Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, reliability, and team spirit.
