Job Openings at Evodia Travel Agency Position: Senior Tour Consultant - Inbound Tours Position Summary: The Senior Tour Consultant for Inbound Tours will be responsible for creating and managing tailored travel itineraries for clients visiting from international and domestic locations. This role includes consulting with clients, arranging accommodations, tours, and activities, and ensuring a memorable and seamless travel experience. The Senior Consultant works closely with suppliers, manages tour details, and provides exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Key Responsibilities: Design and customize travel itineraries for inbound clients, based on their interests, budget, and preferences. Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, guides, and activity vendors to ensure all tour arrangements are efficiently organized. Provide expert advice on local attractions, cultural experiences, and must-visit locations. Manage client accounts, maintain regular communication, and address any concerns or last-minute changes professionally. Handle booking processes, confirmations, and payments accurately and efficiently. Cultivate relationships with key suppliers and partners to negotiate favorable rates and exclusive offers. Stay updated on travel trends, regional attractions, and special events to enhance client experience. Prepare and deliver travel documents, ensuring all necessary details are communicated to clients. Collect client feedback to improve tour offerings and address any service gaps.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. Proven experience as a Tour Consultant or similar role, with a focus on inbound tours. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Knowledge of regional destinations and attractions. Proficiency in travel software, booking systems, and CRM tools. Preferred Skills: Experience working with international clients and knowledge of local languages. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations. Familiarity with tour pricing and package creation.
