Job Description:

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for managing all F&B operations and ensuring top-quality service, food, and beverage offerings. This role includes overseeing F&B staff, coordinating with suppliers, and developing strategies to maximize revenue, control costs, and enhance guest satisfaction. The F&B Manager also plays a critical role in upholding service standards and driving improvements in efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Oversee all F&B operations, ensuring smooth coordination between restaurant, bar, and catering services. Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment. Manage budgets, control expenses, and monitor profitability to meet financial targets. Develop and implement policies and standards to deliver a consistently high-quality guest experience. Collaborate with the culinary team to design appealing menus and seasonal offerings. Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage inventory to ensure efficient supply chain operations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations across all F&B areas. Implement and oversee marketing initiatives to promote F&B services and attract guests. Review and analyze guest feedback to make improvements and enhance service quality. Prepare and present regular performance reports, identifying opportunities for growth.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Requirements: Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in hospitality. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and F&B operational standards. Proficiency in POS and F&B management software. Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field. Experience in upscale or high-volume F&B environments. Demonstrated expertise in menu planning and beverage selection.
