RESTAURANT MANAGER

The Restaurant Manager also handles administrative tasks, budgeting, and staff development. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures. Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to service standards. Oversee guest relations, addressing concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Implement and monitor operational policies to improve service efficiency and quality. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain smooth service flow and resolve issues. Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new guests and retain regular patrons. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain vendor relationships. Prepare performance reports and conduct regular team meetings.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Requirements: Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Experience in high-volume or upscale dining establishments. Familiarity with budget management and marketing techniques.
