F & B SERVICE CAPTAINS
Job Description:

The Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Captain leads the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests. This role involves overseeing service operations, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction. The F&B Service Captain coordinates closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow and manages service staff, guiding them in providing attentive, professional service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the F&B service team during shifts. Ensure efficient and high-quality guest service, maintaining company standards. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to guarantee timely and accurate food and beverage service. Address guest concerns promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction and retention. Train, mentor, and motivate team members, providing regular feedback and support. Assist in inventory management, ensuring proper stock levels and cleanliness. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Contribute to a positive work environment and uphold brand values.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Requirements: Proven experience in F&B service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and lead by example. Knowledge of food and beverage safety standards and procedures. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems. Experience in upscale dining or hospitality environments.
